Donnybrook Toorbul Pony club was founded in the mid 1970’s and the grounds were on the opposite side of the road near the present location.

In the early 1980’s the name was changed to Toorbul Pony Club Inc. The lush grounds are secluded and set well back from the main road.

The occasional large gum tree gives shade coverage to parts of the 10 acres of cleared land that Toorbul Pony Club calls their home grounds. The powered clubhouse has full canteen facilities. A timber arena has recently been added to the facilities.

12 timber day yards and a round yard Toorbul Pony Club relies only on tank water and it is appreciated if all competitors could bring their own horse water to events.
